Harry received his bachelor’s degree from the University of North Texas and his juris doctorate degree from Washington University School of Law in St. Louis.
Memberships and Community Involvement
Harry is an active member of the American Immigration Lawyers Association (AILA). He previously served as the Texas Chapter Chair, served as a Member of the National Board of Governors, and held National Office within the organization. Harry served as an Adjunct Instructor of Law at SMU School of Law from 1982-1994. He is member of the American Bar Association; Dallas Bar Association; Dallas Asian American Bar Association (President, 1999); National Asian Pacific American Bar Association; and serves on the planning committee of the University of Texas School of Law Annual Symposium on Immigration and Nationality Law.
Harry is also a frequent speaker on immigration-related matters at industry conferences.
