- Security data: hashed IP addresses and device descriptions for sign-in protection and audit logs.
- Aggregated, non-identifying profile view counts.
What we do not do
- We do not sell personal information.
- We do not use third-party advertising trackers.
- We do not train AI models on your messages or case information.
Your choices
Download or delete your data at any time in Privacy & data. Manage notification preferences in settings.
Retention
When you delete your account we immediately: anonymise your name and email, sign out every device, remove your professional profile from the directory together with its photo, contact details, biography and license numbers, delete saved lawyers, saved searches and notifications, and replace your name, email, phone and note in consultation requests you sent (the lawyer keeps only the fact that a request was made). Security audit records are kept without your contact details for security and legal obligations.
