He previously served as the Texas Chapter Chair, served as a Member of the National Board of Governors, and held National Office within the organization. Harry served as an Adjunct Instructor of Law at SMU School of Law from 1982-1994. He is member of the American Bar Association; Dallas Bar Association; Dallas Asian American Bar Association (President, 1999); National Asian Pacific American Bar Association; and serves on the planning committee of the University of Texas School of Law Annual Symposium on Immigration and Nationality Law.
Harry is also a frequent speaker on immigration-related matters at industry conferences.
