Marshall School of Law in Houston, Texas, where he earned his law degree. Following graduation he quickly went to work for a Dallas and Houston based law firm. In 2002, he opened up his first office in Houston, Texas where he began his private practice. In 2007, he opened up his second office in his native El Paso, Texas. Both Law Offices of Sergio A. Saldivar, continue to operate and offer their clients “result based” representation in the areas of State Criminal Defense (including dwi, intoxication crimes, drug possession, family violence, writs and many others) Federal Criminal Defense (including drug possession, drug smuggling, alien smuggling, and white collar crime) Immigration (with an strong emphasis on deportation and removal), and Federal Employment Discrimination (inter-agency).
