Sam is a Chinese national, fluent in Mandarin Chinese. He utilizes his international background, having resided in Mainland China through high school and subsequently coming to the United States to complete his post-secondary education, to his advantage in practicing law. His eastern ethnicity and western education background have been granting him a unique perspective on immigration matters, which he applies to his work on behalf of international citizen and U.S. corporations alike.
