Robert continues to excel in the practice areas of Immigration Law and Commercial Real Estate Transactions. As an immigration practitioner, Robert has previously served as president of the immigration branch of the San Diego County Lawyer’s Association. Robert has tried immigration cases in various courts of appeals including the 9th, 6th, 5th, and 1st Circuit Courts of Appeals. Robert has also handled hundreds of asylum cases, naturalization, employment-based immigration, and complex deportation & removal cases.
With regards to commercial real estate transactions, Robert has helped clients reposition properties, modify conventional and SBA loans to keep clients in their properties, and helped clients acquire or sell commercial properties including the handling of clients’ 1031 exchange needs.
