A graduate of Rutgers College (Highest Honors, Phi Beta Kappa, 1975) and Rutgers Law School (1978), Detzky draws on the Navy core values of Honor, Courage, and Commitment from his 30-year career as a Reserve JAG officer, retiring as a captain in 2013. Admitted to multiple state and federal courts in New Jersey and New York, as well as the Third Circuit and U.S. Court of Criminal Appeals for the Armed Forces, he has authored legal publications and frequently appears as a FOX News legal commentator.
