A highly experienced litigator, Marisa practices in all areas of Immigration law. She previously filed a petition for certiorari with the Supreme Court on an immigration issue that conflicted with different states. She has also filed writs of mandamus with the Southern District of Florida. Additionally, Marisa advises employers on compliance procedures and represents employers before Immigration and Customs Enforcement with respect to audits. She also counsels individuals on how to maintain their status in the United States and assist them in planning their permanent residence in the United States.
