Bennett Savitz also served as Chair for a series of Immigration Law seminars for Massachusetts Continuing Legal Education and edited their two-volume reference set, Immigration Law Primer. He currently teaches Business Immigration Law at New England Law School.

Bennett earned his degree in Political Science, graduating cum laude from the University of California at San Diego in 1990. In 1993, he received his M.A. in International Relations and J.D. from Boston University, graduating as an Edward F. Hennessey Scholar.
