Willis Law was formed in 2004 by Michael J. Willis and Shaun P. Willis, the sons of the current Van Buren County Probate Judge, the Honorable Frank D. Willis. A full-service business law firm, the firm’s Mission, remodeled on a Christian model of service, requires it to continually provide an unparalleled level of service to its clients. The firm’s lawyers and staff are dedicated to creating clients for life, and take client matters and cases personally. Servants and leaders for their clients, the firm is changing the way legal services are provided. The firm of 17 lawyers and staff was selected by Michigan Lawyers Weekly in 2009 as a 21st Century Innovator for its value-based employee compensation program, and in 2010, 2011 and 2012, the firm was selected by the Michigan Business and Professional Association as one of the 101 Best & Brightest Companies to Work For.
