David Edelstein established his firm in 2000 after beginning his career as a criminal defense lawyer at the Miami-Dade County Public Defender's Office. Over the past 20 years, he has represented clients throughout the State of Florida, from Jacksonville to Key West. His principal office is in Miami, Florida. The Firm represents clients charged with felonies and misdemeanors in both State & Federal Courts. The Firm also represents clients in State & Federal criminal investigations. A typical caseload for the Firm includes clients charged with shoplifting, domestic violence, injunctions, federal crimes, probation violations, drug crimes, fraud crimes, sex offenses, and violent crimes from assault and battery to homicide.
