Copyright and legal notices
How to report infringing material, send a legal notice or submit a legal request. One address handles all three.
Reporting copyright infringement
Profiles and guides on this site are published by attorneys and by us. If you believe material on a page infringes your copyright, send a notice that includes:
- Your name, address, phone number and email.
- A description of the copyrighted work you say was infringed.
- The web address of the page on AllImmigrationLawyers.com where the material appears.
- A statement that you have a good-faith belief that the use is not authorized by the owner, its agent or the law.
- A statement, made under penalty of perjury, that the information is accurate and that you are the owner or authorized to act for the owner.
- Your physical or electronic signature.
We review notices promptly and may remove or disable access to the material and tell the person who posted it. A counter-notice from that person is handled under the same process.
Legal process
Subpoenas, court orders and requests from authorities go to the legal inbox. Please tell us the issuing authority and a contact we can verify. We review every request and respond as the law requires.
