Immigrant petitions such as EB-1 Extraordinary Ability, Outstanding Researcher and International Transferee, EB-2 National Interest Waiver, Special Religious Worker petitions and Entrepreneur EB5 petitions. I also have extensive knowledge in student visa issues, reinstatement for students, consular processing both non-immigrant and immigrant visas, waivers of inadmissibility, complex family petitions, adjustment of status, citizenship determinations and naturalization cases.
My office has two senior paralegals who have worked at my side for many years, and another remote Paralegal in New York. Our office also has a law clerk and a legal assistant to provide fast and efficient services to our clients. My office has ability to speak Spanish, Arabic, French, Mandarin, and Swahili. I also have Russian, Croation/Serbian, Romanian and Polish translators available for consultations, preparing forms and helping to prepare legal certified translations when requested.
