Pacific Business & Law Institute. Kenneth was the co-author of the Immigration Law chapter of the 1997-2000 editions of the Annual Review of Law and Practice, which is published annually by the Continuing Legal Education Society of British Columbia.
Based on peer selection, Ken has been included in the 2010-2025 editions of The Best Lawyers in Canada in the specialty of Immigration Law. He was also selected by Who’s Who Legal as being among the world’s leading Corporate Immigration lawyers in 2010-2024.
He obtained his Bachelor of Laws and Bachelor of Commerce degrees from The University of British Columbia.
